Orders for in-stock cockpits and electronics are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary by region, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days via our freight partners.
Are Trak Racer cockpits compatible with major electronics brands?
Yes, our rigs are designed with universal mounting holes. They are fully compatible with industry-leading hardware from brands like Fanatec, Simucube, Thrustmaster, and Logitech.
Do you offer a warranty on electronic components?
All electronic peripherals and motion systems sold through Trak Racer come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy freight items like cockpits are the responsibility of the customer.
